Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your call via the link in your Calendly confirmation email. For cancellations and refunds, email caleb@vireloxmedia.com.
Where does the call take place?
It's a video call. Your confirmation includes the video call link. The session is recorded so you can revisit the advice afterward.
Which time zone does the calendar use?
The calendar shows times in your local time zone. Caleb's call windows are on select weekday afternoons in Pacific Time.
How do I pay?
The call is $750 USD. After you book, we email you a secure Stripe payment link. Payment is due before the call; your time is reserved once payment is received. If payment hasn't been received 24 hours before the call, we may release the time.
